The Dark Knight - Batman
Batman est mon super héros préféré depuis que je suis petite et il l'est toujours. Je pense aussi que Christian Bale a joué le meilleur Batman dans les films.
Pour cette planche mobilier, inspirée par Le Chevalier Noir, je voulais que le salon soit plus sombre que d'habitude mais en ajoutant quelques couleurs liées à Batman, comme le jaune et le bleu, mais en le gardant élégant. Je voulais trouver des pièces qui imitent d'une certaine manière la forme de la chauve-souris; les suspensions pendantes donnent l'illusion des ailes à l'envers par exemple. Mélanger des lignes droites avec des lignes courbes apporte un bel équilibre au salon; avoir chaque meuble avec des lignes droites peut sembler un peu froid et donc ajouter des courbes (comme dans le pouf ou même le canapé) peut ajouter de la chaleur à la zone. J'aime aussi la façon dont les lignes et les couleurs du tapis ajoutent plus d'équilibre et de couleur à la pièce. Les matériaux et la texture sont également importants; j'ai décidé d'ajouter du métal doré et du verre pour ajouter un peu de contraste au matériaux plus doux du canapé et des chaises.
Tout est question d'équilibre dans le design d'intérieur et l'inspiration peut arriver des endroits où nous nous y attendons le moins.
Qui est votre super héros préféré?
Batman has been my favorite super hero since I was a little girl and still is (I have the cutest Lego Batman keychain and I absolutely adore it!). I also think Christian Bale played the best Batman in the films.
For this design board, inspired by The Dark Knight, I wanted the living room to be darker than usual but adding a few colors that are related to Batman, like yellow and bleu, but keeping it elegant. I wanted to find pieces that imitate in some ways the form of the bat; the pendant suspensions give an ilusion of the wings upside down for example.
Mixing straight with curved lines gives off a nice balance to the living room; having every furniture piece with straight lines might come off a bit cold and so adding curves (like in the pouff or even the couch) can add some warmth to the area. I also love how the lines and colors of the rug adds more balance and color to the room.
Materials and texture are also important, which is why I decided to add gold metal and glass to add some contrast to the softer material of the couch and the chairs.
Everything is about balance in Interior Design and inspiration can come from the places that we least expect it.
